We want you to be completely satisfied with any paid LinkVolv purchase. If you're not happy with your plan or renewal, we offer refunds under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to recurring subscriptions, AI renewals, and eligible one-time purchases unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@linkvolv.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
3. Refund Process
All payments are processed through Paddle.com ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, and refunds on our behalf. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
4. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, the refunded paid entitlement will be removed. Your account will continue on whatever fallback plan remains active, and your saved bookmarks and sessions stay accessible even when AI features are no longer available.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal
- Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions
- Duplicate refund requests for the same billing period
6. Free Plan
LinkVolv Free is completely free. No payment information is required, and therefore no refund applies to the free plan.
